Signature Roofing, Inc. is a company that says what they mean and means what they say. I asked for a quote and George came over and went onto the roof to inspect and I had the quote a few days later and it was very reasonable.  He emailed detailed information about the entire process, info on shingles, felt paper, roof vents, what they would do if they found dry rot, etc. He sent an address list of houses he has done in the area which helped to see what the shingles look like after a year or two. It also helped me to decide on color. He also didn’t require a huge deposit ($100) like most of the companies out there.  He gave me the big picture and timeline for the job and he didn’t disappoint.  He pulled all the permits with the city.  His guys were prompt, cleaned up better than i would have, were pleasant to interact with and very respectful. They came on Wed, had the entire roof taken off in 1 day. Day 2, 1 guy had 3/4 of the roof put back together. Day 3 job was finished by noon and city inspector signed off on the job by late afternoon. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. George was always available to answer questions even into the late evening hours. He didn’t try to sell me anything i didn’t need. If you’re looking for a company that provides quality work, reasonable prices and gets the job done without dragging their feet, I recommend these guys. They took a page out of how business was conducted back in the day.

I consider the write up on Signature Roofing, Inc. completely accurate. They recently replaced my residential roof. Results and appearance are first class and the price was very fair. Also, cleanup was thorough. Importantly to me, the crew working on my roof appeared committed to doing a excellent work and interacted with the customer during the process. George came out to look at our roof for replacement, and to determine the cost for replacement of the old roof.   George gave us timelines on when he would begin the removal of the old double roof, re-roofing and completion dates.   Although my wife and I had selected a light brown color, George suggested “charcoal” which we agreed with.  We are 100% pleased with the color selection because the light brown color of the exterior compliments by the charcoal color of the roof, and the expert completion of the roof. They replaced all the pipes, heater vent, and chimney screen on the roof.   It looks great!   Even our neighbors commented it looks very good. The cost also included replacement of the screens under the eaves that were not providing sufficient air into the ceiling, because they were all painted over. This was also recommended by George which we appreciate. We highly recommend Signature Roofing, Inc..

When you contact Signature Roofing, Inc., you’re dealing directly with the owner; George Belden. He is very thorough in his presentation and description of what to expect as far as time to completion, clean-up, choices of manufacturers and colors, etc. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my choice. It didn’t hurt that he also had the lowest bid price of any of the contractors we asked for bids. When it came time to start, it went exactly as he had laid out to me. The workers were courteous, friendly and very competent. At the end of each workday a thorough clean-up was done all around the house to remove any debris. George showed up on several occasions to check on progress and make sure there were no problems or further questions. All in all we were extremely happy with the whole process, as well as the finished product.

 We are very happy with our new beautiful roof and Signature Roofing, Inc.’s work. The company was originally recommended to me by my brother in law.  He had them install a roof on his house a few years ago and he was very happy.   I had three companies give us a quote and Signatures was very close to the bottom.  The lower quote didn’t include tearing off the original roof but instead, laying theirs over it. The owner of the company, George Belden, came and did the estimate himself and followed up with an amazing amount of information via email so I had every question answered and there were no surprises before the job began. We did have some dry rot under the roof and Signature removed and replaced that and we were only charged around $200.  I was happily surprised when we recieved the final bill as I saw the labor and time it took to do the work.  I was also going to pick a more expensive shingle because I thought it looked better but George assured me I should save the money as it would look the same when he finished.  He was right!  I will recommend them to my girlfriend who needs a roof and anybody else that asks.  The crew was personable, quick and cleaned up everything as they went along.  Save yourself a lot of headaches…use Signature Roofing, Inc..
