Satellite photo of the roof for quotation was actually the closest roof area calculation provided.

I waited to make this review because a Roof keeps out weather, and how can an evaluation be done until the work results can be tested. Late summer heat and winter cold & rain have now occurred.
The new roof is quite superior to the shake roof. No change in insulation but the house is cooler in summer heat and warmer in winter cold. Rain has resulted in NO leaks or other noticeable problems. Rearrangement of drain down spouts has improved rain runoff.

After obtaining multiple estimates it was clear that Signature roofing was the right company to re-roof my home. George Belden is the contact person and President of the company. George the owner of Signature Roofing, Inc. was friendly, professional and provided a very competitive bid. The work was very timely. He also provided a list of homes he had done so that we could look at various shingle types and colors.

We were told what needed to be replaced, what didn’t need to be replaced, and what things might be found upon tear off. In our case nothing additional was found.

The crews were very good, starting with the guy who came to tarp the inside of the garage and attic heater, thru the tear off crew, and finally with the roofers and clean-up. My neighbors were impressed with the cleanliness of the crews.
