Excellent!  The entire project took four and a half days.  We were kept informed of what to expect from beginning to end.  If we had a question, and I did have several throughout the project, they were answered promptly each and every time. Either George, the President or William the assistant general manager was available each time I called.

The crew was hard working, polite and professional.  They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently throughout the project, no easy task considering the 100+ degree heat wave conditions.  Every concern I had was addressed and handled to my satisfaction. Both the garage and yard were cleaned up beautifully. The roof and gutters look wonderful.  Thank you Signature Roofing, Inc..

About five years ago, Mr. Belden came to my home to give me an estimate on my roof. At that time I just wanted to know what it would cost only. Since then about twice a year Mr. Belden would send me a post card as a reminder. This year, 2013, I finally decided I needed a new roof. I called three other roofing contractors for quotes. Because of his post cards, I decided to give him a call for a quote. The person Mr. Belden sent explained all there was to know about roofing materials. I also received a long list telling me what to expect from a roofing contractor. the material was very helpful. Signature Roofing, Inc. quote came in the second highest. The reading material he sent over the internet was very helpful and that was the reason he got the job. His crew follows the steps Mr. Belden outline for me in the material almost 100 percent. I’m very pleased with the material we picked and the neatness of the job.  i rate this a five star job.

In general, we were very happy with them. The service was great. We’re very happy with the roof. They were professional. They did things on time. The only thing I would give them an A- or a B+ for is I thought they could have done a little bit better job with the cleanup. The price was pretty comparable.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. An inquiry over the web prompted George (the owner) to engage directly with me, not just to provide a quote, but to fully educate me on the roofing process to help me make the right decisions. I got a very simple, fair quote and he kept following up (without too much pressure) to help me make the decision.

Even after I delayed a year, he kept the price the same.

Just before the job started he informed me of how the reroof would work and the different crews he would use (all his employees). Over the week the old roof came off and the new on went on exactly as described. This included all permits and inspections which he handled with no involvement from me. Interim cleanups were done well as well as a VERY thorough one at the end. When they left there was no evidence of them being there. They finished right on time.

The new roof looks great. Real attention to detail including handling tricky areas like a skylight and some ventilation needs.

These guys are professional and competent in every way, and if you look on their website all the practices and standards they say they will implement are done exactly as they state. I’d recommend them to anyone.
