They did a great job. When we called George, he came out within days, and gave us an estimate. He was able to schedule us in a two week period that worked for us. He came out on the day he told us he would and everything he told us would happen did.  They had the roof off in a couple of hours and had the sheeting on by the end of the day. They were clean, professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves every day and completed the job on time.  I had questions regarding a sky light, and George was helpful and later installed the sky lights. The dirt and debris was minimal and he kept the gates closed to keep the dogs in. The roof looks great and we could not be happier. Thank you George!

Very pleasant experience overall. I do most of my work by emails and Signature Roofing, Inc. was able to do virtually 100% of the communication by email. Extremely responsive any time of the day and night and thorough and clear answers to questions before, during and after the job. Very clear pricing. Dry rot estimate came out towards the higher end of what was estimated. Overall pricing was competitive. People showed up every day on time and left on time. Job quality was good. When I pointed out a couple of issues they were fixed immediately without debate. Clean up was on time and well done. All city inspections and other paperwork was handled without any need for me to do anything. Overall the best construction/repair related experience to date. The long term quality of material and workmanship will become clearer over the next few years. If you want to remain more or less hands off and need a contractor you can trust to do a turnkey job for you without having to pay extra for the peace of mind, etc., I would not hesitate in recommending Signature Roofing, Inc..

 They set a date and time, were perfectly punctual and phoned ahead to say they were on the way.  They were very sensitive to the client’s requests and explanations of what was wrong and the gutters went up quietly and sensitively despite some complications from my overhead  patio lanai. At the end the foreman himself came and spoke with me about the extras they had done for me at my request. Those included putting leaf  screens and birdcages back in which had been there when mine were first ripped out and were hauled away by the first company. They even put in a sponge which had originally been there and was hauled away. The sponge is attached at the bottom bend of the downspout and stays where the water drips down after a rain making a resounding noise. This one is right outside the head of my bed and would wake me up dripping heavily on the bare metal.  That they even knew what it was impressed me.
